[one_third class=“brightbackground“]We use a specifically programmed system for ordering tickets online. At the ticketshop you can see all available seats and choose your favorite spot. You can pay via Credit card, Paybox (Austrian cellphones only) and bank transfer from all major Austrian banks. You will receive your tickets either in PDF format via e-mail or for a small additional fee, have printed tickets sent to you by post.

Reduced tickets are only valid if you present a valid ID showing that you are a student, conscript or civilian servant, pensioner, or receiving social welfare benefits. Reduced tickets are only valid for the concession holder. If you can’t present your valid ID, you will have to pay the remaining amount for a regular ticket.

Disabled persons who require personal assistance will receive a free ticket for an assistant upon request. Please ask for one via e-mail after you have purchased your ticket. Most areas of the venue are barrier-free.[/one_third][one_third last=“yes“]
